General
- all presenters should be in their session rooms (on-site or virtually) at least 10 minutes before the beginning of their session and attend the whole session
- slides should be prepared as .ppt or .pptx presentations (slides shall be run by PowerPoint); slide aspect ratio: 16:9
- all conference rooms are equipped with a PC, a projector, screen(s) and loudspeakers; if any other equipment is needed, please contact us at psymu2024@muza.unizg.hr
- the fair use of copyrighted materials is the sole responsibility of the authors, who should obtain the right to use such materials for presentation from the copyright holders (if applicable); please make sure that copyrighted media files (such as YouTube videos) will be reproduced correctly, and will not be blocked due to privacy settings
- to upload the required files and information, please login to Oxford Abstracts and edit your submission
- the organisers will not share the submitted presentations, posters and recordings with third parties; all materials will be used only for conference presentation under controlled conditions
On-site participation
- all presenters should be in their session rooms at least 10 minutes before the beginning of their session
- presenters are kindly requested to attend the whole session they participate in
- please prepare your presentation slides in advance and upload them to the Oxford Abstracts platform by 21 October 2024

- duration: 15 minutes presentation + 5 minutes for the discussion and changing speakers

- all posters must be submitted as .pdf via the Oxford Abstracts platform by 10 October 2024; technical requirements: format: A0 (1189 x 840 mm), vertical (upright/portrait) position

Workshops
Book presentations
- duration: 15 minutes + 5 minutes for the discussion and presenter changes
Online participation
- all online presenters must record their presentation and provide a YouTube link to their presentation recording (15 minutes for oral presentations, 5 minutes for poster presentations) via the Oxford Abstracts platform by Thursday, 10 October 2024
- Technical requirements:
– min. 720 p., slide ratio 16:9
- presentations should be uploaded on YouTube, setting the video’s privacy as “unlisted”
- our team will reproduce the recording during the session
- online presenters must be present online from 10 minutes before their session till the end of the session to be available for questions and discussion
- instructions for the online sessions will be sent to online participants a couple of days before the conference
