The celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Department of Musicology in Zagreb will take place at the Academy of Music in Zagreb, Trg Republike Hrvatske 12, which is located in the city centre  http://www.muza.unizg.hr/english/.

Travel 
There are daily regular flights from the majority of European cities to Zagreb International Airport, which is around 30 minutes away from the city centre (shuttle bus available). The central bus station is situated just several tram stations from the conference venue, while the main railway station is within walking distance of the Academy. Zagreb Municipal Transit System operates buses and trams throughout the city and a 60-minute ticket costs €1.

Accommodation 

There are a variety of hotels, hostels and apartments which are located within walking distance of the Academy. Those that are further away are very well connected to the Music Academy by public transport. Prices start from c. €15 per night.  We recommend that you book your accommodation well in advance.
